Chapter 1: Boot Camp Intro

Rocket league is one of the most simple games that you will ever be bad at!
Each mechanic in the section is the FOUNDATION of everything you can do in Rocket League. The game is indeed simple. You can drive forward and back, turn left and right, boost to get more speed, jump and flip, powerslide, and use aerial car controls. Putting all of these together into one continuous flow is the real challenge, but we are quite there yet.
This section provides the least talked about, yet most foundational, mechanics in the game that are REQUIRED to build your skills into more challenging tricks. Mastering these is the name of the game, and with enough practice, you will find yourself flip resetting, double tapping, and flicking on anyone who dares challenge you!
